Premier LogiTech ("Premier") is looking for a Account Executive to join our team!

Worth area. PREMIER’S growth and expansion of services has created the need for the position of Account Executive located in North Texas.

 

Position Summary: The Account Executive is the foundation of the Premier sales team and is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives from existing clients as well as new clients or accounts. This position will identify opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets.

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned industry and accounts.

  • Responsible for making strategic judgment about understanding each individual account’s needs and servicing to meet those needs.

  • Creating and administrating an account retention program for each individual account.

  • Conduct multi-touch outreach process to uncover new opportunities across services portfolio of PREMIER.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Drive new customer acquisition including developing new business along with negotiating agreements to maximize profits.

  • Move opportunities through pipeline to closure.

  •  Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  •  Ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction.

  • Seek referrals to customer peers, project renewals and future engagements.

  • Provide input to PREMIER Marketing for quarterly newsletter, highlighting successes of applicable PREMIER customers.

  • Use Microsoft CRM Dynamics to effectively capture accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Leverage CRM as communication medium.

  • Perform team collaboration with Project Management Office on won opportunities to kickoff successful service completion.

  • Approximately 25% Travel.

 

Skills and Specifications Required:​

 

  • Successful sale track record in services sales to include new opportunity creation and successful closure.

  • Product, market, and industry knowledge and experience with the PCB, electronic contract manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronic component sales a plus.

  • Experienced in sales CRM to track opportunities, accounts, and contacts. Leveraged CRM for communication.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Can work in fast paced environment.

  • Enterprising individual with good people skills.

  • Intelligent, independent, assertive, self-starter.

  • Balances intuition and analysis to make timely decisions.

  • Self-learner; quick learner.

  • Passionate, but does not let emotions detract from selling.

  • Financial understanding to enable selling at a business level.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • PCB and electronics contract manufacturing Industry contacts preferred.

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, sales, marketing, or relevant field.

Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:

  • Position may require the occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

  • Position in office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
