Our installation team works closely with the customer to ensure the required activities are completed correctly and on time.  Our technicians have been performing installation services for many years and are trained deliver these services efficiently and professionally.  We will unbox your new equipment, install at the end user’s workspace, connect the monitor, keyboard and mouse.  Once everything is connected, our technicians will power on the new equipment and ensure the system is joined to your domain and your end user can login.

Once your end user has their new equipment, we can de-install the old equipment and move it to a central location within your facility.  This will allow you to dispose of the equipment in accordance with your internal processes.

If your end user’s are saving documents on their hard drive our technicians can ensure their data gets moved to their new system once it is installed.  This will ensure that your end users have their important data on the new system and can quickly begin using the new technology.

Once all the legacy equipment has been de-installed we can act on your behalf to return this equipment to your leasing company, if leased, or we can remove from your location back to our staging center so you do not have to worry about what to do with the equipment or how to dispose of it.

We can also recycle your IT assets for you.  Once we have the equipment back at our facility, we will perform a DOD data wipe on the systems to ensure the data is wiped appropriately.  We will then provide you with a Certificate of Destruction for your records.  The equipment will then be disposed of according to the applicable laws as well as being performed in an environmentally compliant manner.
