Kitting is when the components of a custom distribution package are produced by many different suppliers and require assembly. Premier can assemble all of the components into a kit and then fulfill those kits through our B2B or B2C processes.  Premier’s kitting services include simple kits, where a few items are placed in a package, or complex kits that include several components to be placed in custom die-cut boxes with trays, custom inserts, wafer seals, custom wrapping, and just about anything else.  Premier manages serialized items and can marry complex components such as Sim cards and Mobile devices and track the serials numbers through delivery.

Our kitting services include both on-demand kitting and pre-assembly for the creation of in-house stock items. Pre-assembled kits are inventoried and warehoused, awaiting pick and pack order processing.  Some kitted items may go to stock and be picked for final customer SKU labeling and order level fulfillment.

Many customers have seasonal or promotional product displays that need to be assembled, kitted and shipped to retail stores or distribution centers.  Once a schematic and bill of material are available, Premier works closely with the customer project team to ensure timely delivery.  We will hand-assemble the Pint of Purchase corrugated material as well as pack out your finished product, as required.
